Overview
We at the Delaware Seashore Parrot Head Club (hereafter the "Club") know you care about how your personal information is used and shared, and we take your privacy seriously. Please read the following to learn more about how we collect, store, use and disclose information about you and how you may use member information we give you access to.
Collection, use and disclosure of personal information
The Club collects contact information from members in order to maintain communications with them and uses Wild Apricot to collect and store member information. Contact information may be shared with current Club members either through Wild Apricot and member communications. Members can change the default privacy settings in Wild Apricot using these instructions. Generally, the Club will only use or share what is needed to facilitate communications within the Club and for official club activities.
Since the Club is a chapter of Parrot Heads in Paradise ("PHIP"), we are required to share member details with PHIP each year during the chapter renewal process. You can review PHIP's privacy policy here.
Your access to club member personal information
You agree to only use personal information about other Club members, including mailing addresses, phone numbers, and email address, for personal or official Club purposes. Any sharing or use of Club member information for commercial use, marketing, or any other use that is unrelated to Club activities is prohibited.Giving consent for others
Members who are administrators of a bundle membership (a "Couple" membership) agree that they will review our policies with bundle members and are authorized to consent to our policies on their behalf while submitting member applications and renewals.
Third-partIES SHARING
The Club uses Wild Apricot to collect, store, and manage information about membership and to communicate with members. Usually, we do not share your information with other third-party applications. The Club may share your information for official Club business that you are taking part in (ie. fundraisers, club events or merchandise orders).
