LIABILITY WAIVER
You must agree to this waiver in order to participate in the Delaware Seashore Parrot Head Club (the "Club").
In agreeing to this waiver for myself and any minor or other person that accompanies me, I acknowledge that I understand the intent hereof, and I hereby agree to and will discharge, release, absolve and hold harmless the Delaware Seashore Parrot Head Club (here in after referred to as the Club) its Officers, Board members and any event Leaders and any other parties connected with this Club in any way whatsoever, jointly and severally, from and against any blame or liability, misadventure, harm, loss, inconvenience or damage sustained to self or property or caused by me as a result of my participation in this Club or any associated activity.
I understand that the Delaware Seashore Parrot Head Club uses an online membership management system (Wild Apricot). I consent to electronically agree to this liability waiver through the membership application and renewal processes. Such electronic agreement will have the same effect as signing a printed copy of this waiver. If I enter membership information for another person, I affirm that I have their consent to agree to this liability waiver on their behalf.
As a club member - attending a Club meeting, event, or activity, signing an attendance sheet, renewing my membership or the membership of another, and paying club dues - will also serve to renew my agreement with this waiver. If at any time I no longer agree with this waiver, I will decline to participate in Club activities and contact Club leadership to terminate my membership.
PARROT HEADS IN PARADISE
The Delaware Seashore Parrot Heads is a chapter of Parrot Heads In Paradise. There are clubs all over the United States, Canada, and Australia.
Statement of Purpose: The Delaware Seashore Parrot Heads and Parrot Heads In Paradise are not-for-profit organizations whose purposes are to assist in community and environmental concerns and provide a variety of social activities for people of similar interests.
